1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the okdk website (okdk.lat) and all pages and services under it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or visiting the platform.
• "Account" refers to an okdk profile registered in a user's name.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, credit, or reward provided by okdk.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use okdk's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must open an account voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
• Only one account may be operated per person.

okdk may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time to verify age and identity. Account activity may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on okdk, you must provide accurate and truthful information. okdk reserves the right to cancel accounts where false or misleading information has been provided. If any details provided at registration change, you must notify okdk immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. okdk will not be held liable if a third party uses your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 One Account Policy

A user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are discovered, all of them will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on okdk is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and others). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method — meaning you can generally withdraw through the same channel you used to deposit.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

If fraudulent activity or a breach of anti-money laundering (AML) policy is suspected, okdk reserves the right to hold any transaction and make a decision after investigation. The relevant user will be notified by email in such cases.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included in the wagering calculation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to exploit the system is detected, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be voided and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has its own validity period and terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled. okdk reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

okdk operates a four-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

VIP tier changes are at okdk's discretion. Cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts at a set time each week.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okdk:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Unethical use of bonus benefits or collusion (coordinating with other players).
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Communicating with the support team or other users using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.

In the event of any of the above violations, okdk may investigate and suspend or permanently close the account, and hold deposited funds and bonuses.

8. Fair Play & Technical Security

okdk uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity measures to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. The results of all games displayed on the platform are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

If any transaction is left incomplete due to a technical error or server outage, okdk will verify and take the appropriate action. okdk reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a technical error.

9. Responsible Gaming

okdk believes in responsible gaming. We provide users with the ability to set limits, self-exclude, and take necessary breaks. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact us.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the okdk platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of okdk. Copying, distributing, or using these for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

The names and trademarks of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and others are the property of their respective companies.

11. Privacy Policy

okdk is committed to protecting your personal information. Details of how we collect, store, and use data can be found on our Privacy Policy page. Accepting these Terms means you have also read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, okdk is not liable for the following:

• Interruptions to a game session caused by loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment service providers.
• Loss caused by a user's account credentials falling into another person's hands.
• A user accessing services despite online gaming being prohibited under local law in their country or region.

13. Dispute Resolution

In your email, clearly state your account details, the subject of the dispute, and the date and amount of the relevant transaction. okdk takes all complaints seriously and will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

14. Changes to Terms

okdk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The first time you log in after a change, you will be given the opportunity to read and accept the new Terms. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms.

15. Account Closure

15.1 At the User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

15.2 At okdk's Initiative

If there is evidence of a breach of Terms, fraud, or any other unethical activity, okdk reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice.
